Little is known about Brani's identity. Even whether his name is a pseudonym remains unclear. There is speculation that Brani is a family friend of artists Eilering and Mous, but that assumption is disproved by both of them. They do, however, acknowledge having introduced Brani's work to THC, by exchanging a THC front door key for a work of art at an opening reception. This is therefore the only proven connection. Brani has been supplying THC with art at irregular times ever since. Brani's heritage is conserved sparingly by THC. Brani's work, a combination of street art and pop art, fits in well with THC's offering.
